One semester exhcange at UT. One paper on arxiv

They sent 2 emails to reject me. Real funny.

Got the email....Well.... fine. Guys, I haven't received any offer yet...I am getting really down. Congratulations to those admitted and cross fingers for all the rest of us.

Ignore waitlist. Has anyone received an interview, decision, or invite to visit from the UT Austin department of history?

They sent me a message that saying my application might be incompleted on mid January. But I did not find which part I missed.

Guys, I am rejected by Minnesota, Chicago (this was obvious), and UT. Haven't heard anything from Notre Dame and Penn State even though many seemed to have got their decisions (or interviews). Many are still pending, but since I thought PSU, UT and Notre Dame were kinda safe for me, I am getting really nervous...
