Just came to know from the online portal..Masters from top IIT

No news on funding. Has anyone been interviewed yet?

MIT undergrad with a year at Cambridge (physics). Applied for PhD and was in contact with the admissions people for a while. Got an email today from them: "Your application for DAMTP PhD was unsuccessful but after considering your application - the Part iii admissions officers would offer you a place on this Masters programme." Still awaiting college and funding information. First acceptance so far!

Same situation here 2 weeks en GAO

I've been on GAO for more than 2 weeks. I'm concerned now. Is anyone in the same boat? Do you think I should inquire about this, or just wait for their decision?

Conditional offer with no funding yet (international applicant). Have to wait for Cambridge Trust to provide funding.

After some rejections, THIS acceptance!!! I am so so happy! For those still waiting, it took about a month for department and degree committee approval and 8 days for GAO approval. Good luck!

To the poster below (27th Feb), when did your application go from 'Under review by degree committee' to 'Awaiting approval by GAO'?

GAO on 14 Feb; moved to "conditional offer made" today; no official email yet.

No word on funding.

GAO on 15th Feb, portal changed to conditional offer today, not yet got the conditions or email. UK applicant, two master's degrees.

Still under review by department even after being interviewed twice on January. I applied since October, should I worry? Anyone else in the same situation?
