Spending my senior year at Microsoft Research Asia, 1 reference letter from group manager. One semester exchange at University of Hong Kong, GPA 4.0/4.3. No papers. 109 in TOEFL (Speaking:22).

Internship experiences on system integration. Research experience in nanostructure self assembly with a conference presentation. Three years of work experience, but not in a field directly related to the course. GPA also not that great. Maybe thats why.
