finally...took them long enough

Ignore Waitlist - Has anyone heard from UCLA Political Science PhD? I was never put on the waitlist but still haven't heard back...

International applicant, CP subfield. Finally they could manage to send a generic rejection email :(

Finally heard back from Rutgers. I guess hearing nothing/no updates in the portal was a soft waitlist? I got an email from one of the Professors I had spoken to before I applied notifying me I had been admitted off the waitlist. Wanted to post here since I know a lot of us haven't heard anything from the department...seems like there has been movement.

Received standard rejection email after being on waitlist. Did anyone on the waitlist get accepted? If so, congrats! ❤️

Rejected but offer a MA (even not my first choice of major). No scholarships.

Off the waitlist yesterday afternoon...Totally thrilled. Many thanks to those who declined the offers. Dream program and top choice!

Off waitlist. I still cannot believe that this is true!! Many thanks to those who decided not to go, as you facilitated the waitlist movement!! Wish you all the best with doctoral studies!!

American Politics - Over the f*cking moon! I was informed via email that I was moved off of the waitlist today. Meeting via video conference later this week to discuss the formal offer (pray for me that the offer includes funding!). No masters or GRE, State University: 3a/9r/1w - 2pubs/4pres

Gre not accepted. accepted off the waitlist. notified informally via email with formal offer soon to come

Hey future PhD students, I am on the waitlist at Duke and was informed that there are still a few spots left. If you are accepted but not planning to go to Duke, please decline your offer sooner rather than later, as there are only two days to the deadline. My chance is not high but if this works for me because of your generosity, I pray for your success in the rest of your careers!
