Logged into the portal to see a rejection within 5 minutes of the waitlist notification from Rutgers-Newark. No email.

Logged into the portal to see status changed to “you have been placed on a waiting list.” No further info yet provided.

I already have a better offer. Deferred to Fall 2020 - just in case.

Letter delivered to my house on the 8th, dated the 5th. When I last checked the status portal on the 6th it was marked as no decision. No funding info in the letter.

Am I the only one who hasn't heard anything from Rutergers-Camden? I know some people are accpeted/waitlisted, anyone been rejected yet?

To the poster who just asked: there are four spots and those individuals have been notified. They have a few weeks to accept/decline before Rutgers will go down the waitlist. Basically, everyone is on the "waitlist" as no one has yet been rejected. We do not know where we are on this "waitlist." Anyone (including myself) who has posted about being "waitlisted" has emailed the DGS. If you have not heard back yet, you were not accepted in the first round and have to wait to see if spots open up. That's all we know.

To the previous post: Were you in touch with your POI? I never heard back from mine when I initially contacted them. Still waiting to hear from Rutgers if I was accepted or not. To everyone: Does anyone have advice on emailing/not emailing schools if we still haven't heard back from them about a decision? Getting a little nervous and would like to know the next steps I need to take since graduation seems to be right around the corner. :/ (Yay for grad life/life in a non-stem field)
