E-mail that I was not accepted.

Mistake in post below, my apologies. Emailed program 3/26 and received rejection emailed 3/27.

Solicited- was told to be patient. Few hours later rejection email came from a different email account.

To anyone waiting to hear back: I emailed them and the secretary responded saying "they are still under review" so I have no idea when anyone will hear. My portal says they received my application so I'm assuming to be rejected since many have already heard back and I don't think they do a waitlist based on the responses here from years past. Either way, best of luck to everyone and hope this app season is treating you well! :)

To the posters below: there is a PSU open house on March 28th for accepted students. I hope you guys hear by the end of this week.

For the person who asked. I'd been in touch with faculty before but this is the date I received my official financial offer.

Applied for the Geophysics program. Undergraduate in Geology and graduate in geophysics. One publication and two presentations at the AGU. Talked with POI at the AGU. Fully supported.

No word from Penn state yet. Did they send out the all acceptance? I saw only couple of acceptances so far and no rejection post yet. Any one has any insight?

To the poster below: I hope we find out soon too because I'm in the same boat. I'm assuming if we don't hear anything a week from now it's bad news at that point.
