Randomly checked my portal and found the rejection letter there.

I only really knew about this when I checked Gradcafe to see others were also getting rejects. Also probably the only school that doesn't send an email to inform that a decision was made. Dodged a bullet with this one if that's how they handle stuff..

The letter was actually very thoughtful. I'm devastated, though.

Of course.

Institutionally, Penn is a mess, and I wouldn't recommend anyone apply here!

no email or notification but checked portal and saw decision letter, bit annoying not to get a notification as no reply when I enquired a few weeks back and I'm trying to plan my future after all... lol, nbd. I'm on a few waitlists but don't expect to receive an offer this late in the season.

Whomp whomp. forgot i applied here. checked portal randomly. 3a/1w/3r

no notification, just checked the site 4a/4r/4p I already accepted an offer, so I'm okay.

Apparently high on waitlist. Note said they expect lots of movement close to the April 15 deadline.

High on waitlist. Please please please reject if you have dominating offers, this is my last hope. I am losing my mind.....

6a/3w/7r/4p; apparently high on the list. Will decline in favor of dominating offer.

Not to be that guy, but added to the waitlist, so I'd be most grateful if those with better offers would decline and open space. Thanks so much, congrats to all others accepted and best of luck to everyone else in this final stretch!
