Got somewhat hopeful when I saw some rejections and haven't heard back yet. Turns out they just send them in waves or something...

Accepted after visit weekend Mar 6-7. Matched with a professor and offered position via teaching assistant-ship. I liked that Tulane helped facilitate the match making process rather than expecting us to make the first contact.

Generic rejection. A little surprised it took them this long to send it out.

Rejected for PhD program, offered admissions for MS (unfunded). Gave me 12 days to decide if I want to accept or not.

Told me not to wait for them if I have other offer

Wrote an email to ask about my application status and received a M.ENG offer without funding

Received an email to check the application portal at the end of the day. No decision was available then but I checked again later and found a rejection letter. Honestly, I don't care about the rejection but what a weird way to reject applicants. It definitely tells a lot about the culture of the program.

Received an email to check application website and found an informal admission letter. "The Biomedical Engineering: PHD program will contact you shortly with further details regarding your admission and relevant funding information."
