Had a nice interview but didn't get the mail today, should have been rejected. Disappointing.

TTPB: Yes, they were sent out midnight CA time. I also received MIT and CMU at what would’ve been 10PM on the east coast. I also received no interviews at any of these schools. Just want to clear up many misconceptions.

So everyone that got accepted in the previous posts, has got their email at 12:00 exactly? (in their respective time of course)

Yeah, it was a little unusual that the results were sent out so late at night, but it's real. All the accepted students should have gotten an email signed by James Landay and Jayanthi Subramanian tonight. Given that it arrived precisely at midnight in CA, I think it may have been a scheduled email. Congrats to all who were accepted.

So, Stanford sent out official emails at midnight? Cause 9 AM CST == Midnight Local Time Stanford (PST). This seems very weird so far as no other university in America has sent emails out of the 9 am to 5 pm work window.

AI lab. Received email from POI at 12:30 am Stanford time on Feb 11. For those saying professors don't send emails late at night, do you even do academic research? My acceptance email did not appear to be an automated email. Likely the professor manually sends each email (maybe 3-4 total), although they probably copy and paste a response. Congrats to all who were accepted.

My official one came later than the offical one posted below my post (I am the 9am CET person) so don't worry it might still come. Also the the other person saying that the posts are fake posts. They are not. Also I am so glad I am accepted I don't care about the time they do :)

Stanford undergrad, no interview

Official email. No interview (so yes, it’s possible to be admitted without interview).

Official email (02/11 at 09:00 CET). I am incredible happy right now this was my top choice. Thanks to everybody here you made waiting more acceptable. Will post details about my background later.

To the acceptance posts below, Stanford will not send admits at 11 pm -12am, and POI will not make international calls to tell you about your result. Please delete your fake results.
