I got this when I emailed them : "Our admissions committee is continuing to finalize admissions decisions at this time. We expect to send out all notifications throughout June." :(

TTPB: How long do they expect us to wait?

TTPB: Can you please share your profile. I am thinking about applying here. Though I think it is ambitious for me. Profile: GRE: 318(166Q,152V,4Awa), TOEFL: 103, GPA: 8/10(Major gpa) NIT ECE. 4 tech internships. Strong SOP, 1 very strong LOR, 2 moderate-strong.

honestly at this point i don't know if i would go even if i get in... admissions is such a hot mess it makes me think twice about how the department is run..

Yikes. I think the least they can do for having us wait this long is let us in. I'd call it even ha.

TTPB: "We hope to send out final admissions notifications by the end of May. There is a small chance it may extend past that date." ... lol end of may is tomorrow, they're not sending out admissions decisions on weekends...

ok guys, I just sent an email to them asking for an update... pretty sure I'm going to get a default response...not sure how much longer they think its ok to make us all wait.

TTPB: No chance, even if you have 340/340 4.0/4.0 and 12 IEEE papers UC Irvine wont respond

I have a gre 318( 166Q, 152V, 4AWA), toefl 103, gpa: 7.9/10 ECE. 3 IEEE publications. Do I have any chance in MS CS or MCS program?

TTPB: Got an email that there is an update to my application. Logged in to the portal to see the decision letter.

TTPB: Which course did you apply for MCS or MSCS? How did you get the notification for the change in status of your application?

I'm waiting to hear from UCI and purdue too. But I'm pretty convinced it's going to be a rejection

Email to check portal. I have talked with the professor beforehand and I was (obviously) waitlisted. Machine Learning -GRE Q:166 V:150 -TOEFL:108/120 -Undergrad: University in small country(not well known) -1 NIPS workshop paper -3 recommendation letters from not very known professors(but all have publications in top venues) 2 of which are from another country and not affiliated with my Uni -grades not that high(and top % in my class) Is there a group for the admitted students?

TTPB: I think it is only for the PhD admission, not Master.
