To those who got UT-Austin Finance offers, if you have other dominating offers, could you please reject this one sooner? Sorry this is my one and last chance this year. Thank you so much!

Michener. Checked portal. 0a/0w/9r - 4p

NWP. Form email in the afternoon, portal update in the late evening.

For Michener Center for Writers. No email, just checked portal and status said denied. No other info available about number of applicants/acceptance rate.

If anyone's been admitted and plans to decline, please do! (Sociocultural). This is my dream school and only route forward after 3 cycles!

Michener Center. Checked portal, said they would not send a rejection letter.

Didn't take GRE, major GPA 3.75

Checked the portal. Michener Center rejection. 2a/0w/3r/2p

Emailed to enquire and received offer letter shortly afterwards.

Did anyone hear back after the open house? They had said that they would send out the results this week.

(Not waitlist) Got an email from the coordinator - In particular, although we have not made final decisions yet, I wanted to congratulate you and inform you that you are currently on our admissions shortlist. This means that your probability of getting admitted to our program is currently about 50-70% .

Ignore the waitlist? did anyone hear back from any of these schools?

"I'm writing to let you know that you are on a short list of alternate candidates for admission to the Michener Center for Writers for fall 2022. We had almost 900 applications this year for only 12 seats in the program, so the process is fiercely competitive." with a personal note !!!!!!
