Michigan's poetry cohort just filled up. Super bummed, thought I had a chance on the wait list.

Same as below (also waitlisted at IU); my other live candle is a waitlist at NYU. Once the funding train starts moving and things shake out, please do not forget to remove your name from consideration or decline your acceptance. I am ready and willing to accept half tuition in the first year.

If you are admitted and not going, take pity on me and let them know! This is my only shot at getting in anywhere.

8a/1w/6r Accepted off the waitlist with generous funding for three years. I accepted and will be notifying my other offers so expect movement at several programs. Thus ends my 2017 season.

Declined my funded offer today. Hopefully this helps someone on the wait list and someone needing funding.

I emailed the grad coordinator, who told me all initial offers had been made, but that I could check if I was waitlisted or rejected with a faculty member on the admissions committee. The faculty member responded letting me know I was on the waitlist. I already accepted another offer, but still nice to hear. If you're still waiting maybe send an email to their coordinator. Anyway, that's a wrap for me this year--2a, 4w, 6r.

Checked portal and saw letter. 3a/0w/9r/0p. Now it's decision time!

Oh well! About to accept an offer from a school I love, so this is the first rejection that didn't really sting. 2a/3w/6r, 1 still pending (where ARE you Indiana?)

Received a generic "status change" email. Pleasantly surprised that I was accepted!
