Rejected off of waitlist. I wanted this so badly.

Hadn't heard from them, so I sent a few emails. My POI just called me and extended me an offer! I'm supposed to get the formal email tomorrow.

If anyone is still holding an offer from DePaul and doesn't plan on attending, please let them know ASAP, I am next up to receive an offer!

Surprisingly, I'm totally okay with this rejection. I wish everyone the best!

Waitlisted. Again. Shocking.

Dear accepted friends, If you don't plan on attending this program (you've been accepted to other programs, or else) please let them know fast. This is my only option. I really want to get it.

Was on waitlist, had been in contact with director and he notified me via e-mail they couldn't take me. No problem! Makes my decision easier. =)

Emailed the program and swiftly got a response saying I am on the waitlist. They're all so nice.

Finally heard what I assumed to be the case.

Checked the website, said Application Denied. Not sure when they updated this, but it's pretty abysmal that they don't send you an e-mail to notify you.

So unbelievable!

After 4 months of waiting I hadn't received any news. I finally called the department and was told that there had been a decision about my application: "Sorry, but we couldn't take you in this year".

Unofficially accepted off the wait list!!

Called and was told 1st round offer had gone out and they have until April 15th to respond. Other applicants are ranked and they may be offered admissions as 1st round offers come back. Final offers should be given out by May 1st...Guess I will cross this one of my list!
