No interview. Called to confirm that anyone without an interview is rejected at this point.

"Thank you for your email. All Ph.D. interview invitations have been extended, and the Admissions Committee does not anticipate sending out more interview invitations. While an invitation to interview or the lack thereof does not constitute an official admission decision, please note that HGSE has not historically admitted students who are not first invited to interview. Official admissions decisions will be available via the GSAS online portal in March."

Unofficial acceptance from POI

received a soft rejection from the PI.

I've just got an e-mail from the Office of Admissions that my submission can't be considered because they are "unable to verify at home test scores". I took the at home iBT TOEFL because it's impossible to take other test options in the country where I live. The worst thing is that I know other this year Harvard applicants from the same country whose at home results where approved so I fail to see why they are "unable" to verify my results. Very disappointed. Loss of my time and money.
