Any news about admits for database area? I had an interview with poi in Jan, but no update since then, does it mean I'm waitlisted or rejected? POI didn't reply my email asking for decision status as well....

Hey! First of all, a big congratulations to all who have received the acceptance. I am also waiting for my admission decision. How long it took for you before you received a decision. It 's been two months since I applied. Any idea when will I get the result.

Has anyone got an invitation to Open House at UPenn? My admit mail mentioned it is on 20th March, but no formal invitation yet.

Wow! Can't believe it. It was my safe! I have offers from NYU, USC, UCLA, imperial, and Cambridge. The above unis have better CS programs. Well mostly I would have not accepted the offer anyway. I wish others all the best.
