I applied on March 15th (the last day!) and was very worried that there would be "internal quotas" (which I've been informally told exist on the University-wide level - I don't remember if they were in the context of grad students or international grad students, and it could just be a horror story to make sure applicants submit as soon as possible). Fantastic program, but not much in the way of financial assistance (especially for late applications like mine!). Yesterday, I got off a PhD waitlist with funding at another amazing university, so that is where I'll (probably) go. Good luck to everyone!

I applied on January 8, and have yet to hear back. Has anyone received news from the program yet?

To the postwe below, I see. It would be nice to know hoe many students are in average on hold in each program and how many are they likely to accept. Anyone who knows how many students are, on average, accepted after waitlisted?

Has anybody heard from the AHRC?

I posted a while back about acceptance to Emmanuel-but I have yet to hear anything about funding apart from the fact that I am under consideration for college funding. Has any MPhil student heard back?

My app is also on hold. Haven't heard from the department since early March when I received a generic email saying I've been put on hold. Hope the results will be out soon...

Waitlisted since January, told a decision would be made in April. Portal still shows "under review" by department.

To the poster below. I got an email saying they have considered my app and no final decision has been made. It also said they would write back when they reconsider all apps that are put on hold, in April. I guess we're all using the term waitlisted as it is more common.

To the Econ posters below: were you told something about being waitlisted or the fact that it still says "under review by the department" means waitlisting?

I am waiting for the master programme in Education & psychology. Did any of the people accepted are from this prog?

I received an email for interview on 26th this month, could anyone give some advice on it, should I prepare for mathematical problems? Also I see they send interview invitation emails to 14 persons, could I ask that anyone knows what is the ratio for people attending interview to be admitted? THX.
