There are a lot of CIS PhD student don't have funding in first year... only a few professors can provide RA in CIS. And it is hard for self-funding students apply for TA after they come to UD. Because instead of giving TA to old self-funding students, UD prefer to give TA to new students who have higher TOEFL scores. So! Please be careful if want to accept doctor admission by self-funding. | ||||
