TTPB, May i know your profile ?

Was expected, Sad.

Rejection mail :(

1-year TA.

Generic Email Each year, many good applicants are declined admission to the University of British Columbia. Common reasons for declining applicants include unavailability of appropriate faculty advisors and/or funding for the applicant, an applicant's less competitive academic record, and simply the limited number of spots available in graduate programs.

MSCS. Didn't get any email, checked website to find update on application.

Non CS Bachelor's. GPA not great. Got accepted to schools I would prefer, so no worries.

Replying TTPB: No interviews, got a direct admit. Area is CV/RL. Not sure about all admit decisions, but Candidates Day is on March 19th.

The status got updated earlier today on the website. All the best to everyone, who got in. :)

Just have a minor in CS and have been working with my thesis supervisor prior to app. Not a stellar GPA either -- there is hope! Good luck everyone and be patient!

Updated on the portal. Not received any mail yet though.

TTPB: I did not have an interview, but I would probably be working with MK and AR.

I applied for the Direct Ph.D. program which did not come positive but I was granted admission to MSc program.
