Before being so quick to call IFA's MA a cash cow, be sure to see where their alumni are currently working.

Interviewed.

Rejected from PhD (expected since I wasn't interviewed), but offered a spot in the MA program with travel grant. Will not be attending as I have a PhD offer from Columbia, but I'm glad I at least got an MA offer. :)

I applied to the PhD program but I am honored, really. I don't know how I'd pay for this but it's worth considering.

Strong LORs and statement of purpose. Wasn't expecting the acceptance because they take the Quantitative section of the GRE very seriously. But I guess they also care about other parts of the application.

WOOHOO!

To the two posters below: I am also waiting on NYU. I've heard back from everyone but them and UPenn!

To the person below me... I'm also still waiting... Got accepted into the IED program at Teachers College and the school let me know at the beginning of last week. Man, NYU is really taking their time.

Part of their School of Professional Studies -- it's a really new program and doesn't seem to be very high-ranked.

Has anyone that interviewed March 6 heard back??? They're killing me here

I'm anxiously waiting this out! Does anyone have updates?

Re: Mental Health and Wellness status.....I called several weeks ago and I was informed that I would not hear anything until the end of March.

2000+ applications, 180 interviews, 90 admits for a class of ~35.
