double major from another top CS public university, 169Q 161V 5A on GRE. 1 summer internship, TA experience, and a couple years of research between 2 labs but no publications

Ignore waitlist. Long time since UCSD has sent acceptances. Are folks now just waiting for rejections? Or are more acceptances expected in April?

Ignore waitlist. Is anyone still waiting to hear back from UCSB?

Accepted to the Scientists and Engineers track, applied on Jan15

Informed by the admission committee via email. They are still sending offers. Good luck!

got an email saying application status update.

Applied to 37-unit MSCS. Has a BS in math and a BS in biochem. Is doing MA in chem. No publication. A few very small projects made by myself.

Got an email from the CS department. No funding or award. Very excited to be offered by LA! Already decided to go Princeton, so some waitlisted friend should be expecting the offer soon :)

1 year of research in ML/NLP. 1 workshop paper. Relevant research-related internship. Strong LoR (I think). Didn't take the GRE. Low lower-div GPA but good upper-div GPA = 3.5 ish GPA overall. CS major with multiple minors.

3rd gen IIT (8.5+ CGPA), 324 in GRE. Decent to strong LoRs. Quite personalized SoP with labs and clubs with whom I would like to work. No pubs but 9 months of part-time research experience in ML applications. 6 months of ongoing work exp at an MNC at the time of applying. Looks like they only want 9+ CGPA, but I maybe wrong. Congrats to all the admits! Rejects: don't worry, there's another door of opportunity waiting!

3.5 years of SDE experience, 2 patents, MTech from IITK.

IR2 from mid tier IIT. 2 research internships (universities), one of them international. 1 conference paper (A) and 2 journals under submission. Best bachelors Thesis, ACM ICPC Regionals, SIH win. 1.5y work exp ~FAANG. They send out a 1000+ admits, and not together so don't worry. Concerned about the funding and research because of the huge class size, probably would prefer UW Madison for better systems research match (OS) and funding. But UCSD weather is awesome!

Best bachelors Thesis, ACM ICPC Regionals, SIH win. 1.5y work exp ~FAANG. Good research match for Systems and Networking. Definitely don't apply to terminal masters (MS only) - the meagre ~5 students they take in for this program are from UCB/Stanford/MIT undergrads, 0 from India. MS/PhD chances are also slim but there is at least a chance since they take ~20 in total.
