To the UH poster below: No I'm from Iran. On friday, she asked me to prepare a three page proposal on some topic and also a short presentation. We started off with the presentation, then she asked me a bit about the topic itself and some lab instruments like AFM, SEM and etc( like their operation principals, differences and etc.). Then I briefly talked about my master's thesis. In the end she asked a few questions regarding my plans and expectations. The whole interview lasted for like an hour. Add me to the list of people waiting to hear anything from UC Davis. I already accepted other offer (April 15th deadline). I had applied before December 15th (their earlier deadline). Four months have passed with no decision -- that's pornographic. I'm sure they appreciate the free $110. | ||||
