IGNORE STATUS. Has anyone heard anything from UCSC? I'm assuming it's a rejection since it's been a while?

Received a really kind email. They stated there was 4 slots in this upcoming cohort. 3a /5r/3p

Notification via email from grad director with first year adivsor CC'd. said they had 118 applicants for 4 slots. I am planning on turning down the offer today or tomorrow.
