Hi, ignore the wait-list. Anyone heard back from the PhD?

Applied to five places. Heard back from MSU so far with a full funding offer. Previously received an informal acceptance from the PI. Coming out of postgrad with 2.5 years of research experience, one co-authored publication, and one paper in preparation. 2+ years of work experience, including co-founding a venture. Extensive volunteer experience as well.

Anyone hear from Dr. Egeth?

Invited to a zoom interview

This is so stupid. Thanks so much for being my #1 and then rejecting me. Tbh, I'm a CS undergrad but the PI was only accepting thru CogSci so I applied to this department. I have 5 publications (2 accepted to NAACL 2 in review and 1 journal submission in review) and I won CRA honorable mention. I'm pretty sure my LoRs were also out of this world. Gpa is a 3.59 which isn't the best but come one brother its CSE.
