(1a/1w/13r/2p) MA Acceptance after PhD Rejection. GPA is Grad. Informal E-Mail with a heads up on a 20000$ Scholarship offer. But I don't know it that comes with a tuition fee waiver. Does anyone know more about MA scholarship situations at NYU?

Email to check portal

I applied to NYU's Philosophy PhD program, but got rejected. In the rejection letter, they suggested I forward my application to the Masters of Bioethics program. I have just received an email from the director that in two weeks I will receive an acceptance offer as well as a $20000 scholarship.

Rejected after interview. Emailed to check status.

A notification email to check the website was sent. In the website, a generic rejection letter was found. I had no interview. NYU Neuro was the last notification among my applications.

And finally this cycle has come to a close!! Email to check portal but don't know whether to click accepted or rejected. Applied to the English PhD program and was offered a slot in the MA in Irish Studies program instead. Received 50% tuition scholarship but I've been offered full funding at other PhD programs so I will be rejecting this offer. This was a very random result for me. I have never expressed any interest in Irish Studies and the only explanation is that one of the authors I mentioned in my writing sample happens to be Irish lol. I did not click the box to be considered for the MA program either. NYU was the very first program I applied to and the last to send a response, oh my goodness. GPA is undergrad. 4a/5r/0p

Checked portal. Really surprised as this was my backup! Domestic applicant, 2 first author papers, 6 conference presentations on relevant topics, 2 years working in the field + tons of relevant volunteer experience

Completed NYU's master's last year.
