Received acceptance email this morning with plans to visit the campus and meet with faculty!

Dropped them an email asking about application status. They reverted that they have sent first round of admission offers and waiting for the responses before sending out additional offers.

got an email that my application has been through the grad committee and currently being presented to the faculty members. Still waiting to hear from them.

Only one spot open under PI I interviewed with. Said I had good credentials but someone had more industry and research experience than me. So, was not given the spot.

Dual biology-related BS degrees. 3 years of research experience with 2 publications so far, and a senior thesis. No interview or other contact with the program before acceptance. Was offered a fellowship for the first 2 quarters. Acceptance letter included invitation to open house at the end of the month.

Well...Even my supervisor has been the professor whom I'm looking forward to work with and I've met him in person before, it does not help haha Having higher GRE and TOEFL score is more useful!

it's sad that I have fewer options but it will work out because the research wasn't a great fit for me and the FS campus wasn't impressive. also, I'm a nontraditional applicant which doesn't seem the right fit for them. on to the next - bye!

does partnership of undergraduate college with mcgill will help me to get admission in mcgill for graduation? i have submitted my application on sep. 24, yet got no decision from mcgill.

I was interviewed by my advisor on skype. It was an informal interview and we talked about the department and university. At the end, he stated that he is willing to accept me for spring 2018.

Hello! Anyone out there still waiting to know your application status? I wonder what's happening with my application. I was told first they would let me know by Mid April, then they said by the mid of May and its almost June now. How many more days are they gonna make us wait x-( Gave up!!!

I am an international student. I have a GPA of 3.2 and a bachelor in environmental health. So kind of expected this but still disappointed. Good luck guys
