To the poster below: I saw that Hopkins admits 9 students this year. In my case, I will accept the offer and I think there will be only a few offers for those currently on the waitinglist. There is an open house next Friday and I think I can update some information there.

TO THE POST BELOW It's not an official rejection. I was in the same situation and I reached out to the DGS yesterday, and he replied saying that it's most likely that people who are admitted first round will fill up the 5 seats they have this year. Take that as a rejection or an unlikely waitlist as you wish. Best of luck!

IGNORE INTERVIEW!! Is anyone else still waiting to hear from JHU? The portal still shows "submitted", but they sent out rejections almost two weeks ago.

Received an email to check the portal for update. A very large number of applications bla bla bla.

Email to check portal, short rejection letter with no details. Not too unexpected as was never invited for an interview. Got into my top choice program, so not too bummed. 2a/2r/0p Finally done with admissions process! Good luck to everyone!

Applied on the last day of the rolling deadline (March 1) received my acceptance March 8--received 75% off on the second year. No GRE, 5 years health research experience, 4 peer reviewed publications, 1 conference. Took my undergrad at a non-US university.

E-mailed inquiring about my status last week, was notified today that I've been rejected and that official rejection emails will be sent over the course of the next week.
