Final year undergrad student. Status changed from 'update pending' to 'conditional admit - action needed'. "You must submit an official final undergraduate transcript indicating receipt of your baccalaureate degree before the University of Massachusetts Amherst will allow you to formally begin your graduate studies."

Got a mail on 22nd of status to Update Pending. On 23rd the status was changed to Denied.

I had applied last year too and was rejected. Reapplied this year with a better thought-out essay and 1 year of work experience at a FAANG company, was admitted.

So I got a rejection from the Admin (Rajshree) when the PhD rejections came out and was told my application will be moved to MSc review since I indicated that. Today I received a notification to check the application status and it is a rejection. I assume that I didn't get into the MSc program?

Hey, I just checked the GARS ( CS department portal) and there are 3 more sections and my status has changed to "Admit". Now I have to wait for the FGSR email for the official admission letter.
