I am an aspirant for the CNS track and couldn't make the cut this time. I will re apply after 2 years to get in the track . Could you share what your profile is like ?( GPA / GRE/ Pubs ). Online program, so no funding. Interviewed Monday, 3/9; received admissions email 3/13.

To the person below, no I haven't heard anything about it being cancelled. My friend is in the program and says that her classes were cancelled for like 3 weeks so maybe the open house will be cancelled but I'm not too sure. If you don't hear back by Monday I'd say email again or call

To the person who posted about Indiana below, do you know if the open house is cancelled? I emailed Kimberly Elkins but haven't gotten a reply yet. I am thinking about accepting the offer as well but would like to visit first!

Received interviewed on Feb. 27. My first acceptance with funding: tuitions and stipend of 16k for 5 yrs. The director also tells me they will have the plan to raise the stipend to 20k very soon. 1a/1w/5r/10p

Got mail saying that I am recommended for admission along with the offer letter with funding details

Got accepted it IU! Hoping for an ASL GAship, still waiting on one more school but there's a good likelihood I'll be committing! If you're still waiting email them, because they said they've been having some glitches on sending out letters! Good luck!!

TTPB: Yes, I posted the first acceptance for this program and responded to the first poster who asked about the weird email that I also got. It looks like acceptances are going out this week. I accepted my offer. I only applied to two programs, and this was the one I really wanted. I'm a high school English teacher with a bachelors degree in English (minor in secondary education) and a masters in English. I'm excited about this program, though nervous about balancing it with working full-time! I'm a little sad (though not surprised) there was no mention of funding, but I figure that's typical for online programs.

Bachelor of Arts in English-Creative Writing from University of Central Florida Master of Science in Education from Johns Hokpins University (3.71 gpa) Full-time Special Educator, certified in SPED and Early Childhood Education I am so excited as this is my first choice program!
