Had a Skype interview really early in the season and was waitlisted a few days later. Has anyone been accepted yet? If you have been and know you're not going, let them know so they can offer spots to the waitlisted! Congrats to everyone accepted!

Wasn't my top choice, so I don't really mind being rejected since I have other offers. However, I'm kind of surprised I didn't even get an interview since my tour went so well and was told my GPA and scores were acceptable. Oh well! Congrats to those who got in; it's a beautiful campus!

Was emailed and offered an interview on campus, but had to ask for a Skype one since it was short notice and I am on the opposite side of the country. They said they were interviewing the top 30 candidates for a class of 12. Honored to have been selected and excited that this is a new program, but worried about their accreditation. Does anyone know how that is going?

I was accepted today after the open house on March 1st! To the posters below, they explained at the open house that the GA position covers at least 12 credits, meaning that they pay the tuition of at least 12 credits for you on top of a stipend. It seems like a really great deal! I'm super excited, I really liked this program and what they offer!

Does anyone who interviewed know when admissions decisions come out?

I received my acceptance today and am excited for it! I went to CMU as an undergrad and had a 3.95 cumulative GPA. To the poster below, I believe the “at least” could possibly mean if they don’t end up taking 12 students then they could spilt the GA money for those they do have. That’s just an idea though.

Safety school lol, but surprised because I got offered admission at higher ranked schools. The fact that they don't even have any Cochlear implant software in their clinic is really surprising. If you plan on doing CI, do NOT go to this school as they are not equipped for this so they will make you drive to off-campus clinics. I agree with the poster below, also went for the interview day and their clinic looked kinda rough imo. Too expensive for what they actually offer. Hope everyone is happy to the school they're accepted to!
