They said an official letter will be sent shortly, but they sent an email saying I was admitted.

TTPB: I am not completely sure if it was just for those who applied just for masters or if it included PhD as well. I also think that the email may have been specified just for me but it was sent by the program director who had stated that they had gained enough information from my interviews to make a decision on my application.

TTPB: do you know if that's just in regard to people who people who applied to the master's program or the PhD program as well? Also, was it a general message sent out to everybody who had been moved to the admit pool or did someone you were in contact with specifically email you?

Received an email last week stating that they are still conducting interviews, and that my application has been moved to the admit-TA pool that they will be sorting through to determine who is officially offered admission. It was also mentioned that decisions would be out at the end of last week. However, I have not heard anything back from admissions since this email was sent out.

Notified that I was recommended for admission. Should receive official letter soon. Good luck to all those that attended the virtual events!

On their website it says to contact the Admissions Representative for inquiries about application status, but I'm not completely sure who that is. I hope they send our decisions soon though!! I want to know either way

TTPB: I don't think they had a specific date for when decisions would be reached, but I think it would be okay to maybe reach out. Maybe to the director, or the doctor who coordinated the interviews? I am not sure

hep-ex, no interview

TTPB: I haven't reached out yet, but I think since interviews happened weeks ago it would be appropriate to do so. I can't remember if they told us they would have decisions out by a certain time during interview weekend. In previous years, it looked like acceptances came out around the end of Feb, but I'm not sure how COVID will affect that. I'm not exactly sure who to ask about admissions decisions either

TTPB: I haven't heard anything either. Have you asked the department the status of your application? I am debating on asking

Was told I "meet the criteria" for admission but will have to secure funding/an adviser before fully admitted. Virtual "visits" occurred Feb 8-10. Currently in the process of speaking with faculty. 6 years of research, 4 publications, multiple conferences/awards, Amgen Scholar

Any news on acceptances after interviews???
