Interview weekend was Jan. 31 - Feb. 2 with all candidates accepted to the interview phase

No interview, I emailed them about the funding and then they emailed me to inform me that I received full financial aid.

"Fitting" issue

Not a shock, my PI e-mailed me last week saying that they were unable to interview any students due to a possible relocation.

Was expecting this rejection since my POI emailed me last week indicating that she did not extend interview invites to anyone because she may be relocating to another university at the end of the semester. Initials are: SCB.

Rejected via generic email. No interview so expected.

Run-of-the-mill rejection letter. Many qualified candidates, but very little funding etc. Later, Pitt.
