I did not submit my GRE for this program. I have 2 years of work ex (By the time I join)

Unconditional acceptance offer. International student from Mexico. No GRE. Three LORs from PolSci and Comp. Sci professors. Bachelors in IR and additional training in Statistics, Econometrics and Computer Science. Will decline as I only received 7.5k USD of financial assistance and was also denied the Dean's Scholarship.
