After two interviews with the prospective advisor, I got an email from the department with funding details.

It was indeed true. Just received the mail that all admits have been given. Disappointed!

On the UCSD website grad faq quotes "Applicants are accepted and rejected on a rolling basis until April. Every applicant will receive notice of acceptance or rejection to our program by the end of this period" It's already April and they have given many admits already, so remaining are all rejects??

April Fools haha (got the email after midnight PT). Applied to CS Ed specialization, but I've committed to UC Berkeley MS CS and will be declining this.

Got email to check portal, 3.78GPA, no GRE, strong LOR and SOP. Going to turn down for other school. Acceptance just came in too late for me to consider.

High GPA. 325+ GRE. One strong recommandation.

TTPB: Congratulations! :) I went to get my live scan last Friday and received my certificate of clearance this morning (Tuesday)! So it only took a few days for me!

Hi all! I received an email saying they are prepared to offer me admission provided I submit a copy of certificate of clearance. I'm scheduling my livescan today but anybody have any advice as to how long this will possibly take? TIA!!!:)

TTPB: thank you all for your reply! i accepted my other offer yesterday knowing sfsu rejected me and now this happens -_- i emailed my sfsu advisor and she confirmed that i'm still in the pool! she mentioned it is weird for grad division to reach out like that since it is outside of the slhs department.

TTPB: the same exact thing happened to me!! I got two kind of weird emails from SFSU denying me that felt kind of weird and this morning got that same email! They better not deny us AGAIN hahahhaa so weird!!

Still on the waitlist at SDSU - my top choice! If you are accepting elsewhere, please decline your offer as soon as possible. Hopeful that I might still be able to attend!! Congrats to all who were accepted!
