The ECE department has recommended my admission to the Enrolment Services-Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies, and once they approve, then I will get my final admission offer letter.

Excellent GPA, LoRs (one was from Dean of my department) and a really outstanding SOP. 2 years of work experience from an high profile OEM in a very technical role; yet got rejected. Anyway, I got admit into UofT and I'm heading there ;)

Not surprised, and I already accepted full funding from my top choice.

Emailed to inquire on when to expect decisions. Got a reply that all decisions would be sent by the end of next week. Fingers crossed.

Emailed to check status on Website. Sad but expected. Got offers from UBC and University of Calgary so not completely hopeless

GPA is from first master's. Rejected from all 3 Canadian programs I applied to, and also UC Berkeley. Thankfully I was accepted to both UCLA and Stanford with full funding covering tuition and a living stipend. I've chosen to attend Stanford.
