If you have an offer from Rtugers that you are not going to accept, PLEASE reject it! My future depends on it, please reject it early.

After being rejected from the History Ph.D. Program at Rutgers New-Brunswick, I was accepted at the M.A Program at Rutgers-Newark.

Does this program have a waitlist? I contacted the coordinator 10 days ago and she says "All applications are currently under consideration by the committee. Admitted students will be informed by mid April at the latest, and in many cases will be contacted earlier." I really like this program. Plz decline it if you don't go there. Thx.

Email from DGS. Said they would not be pulling any spots from the waitlist this year :(

Standard automated email.

finally the result comes out! too late and expected.

I reached out to one of the head honchos in my intended field and they said im on the waitlist :'(

Anybody has any updates from Rutgers? Any idea when they will be responding to pending applicants? If you know, please help me!

Is there anyone get any updates from Rutgers?

Has anyone heardback from Rutgers？

Officially confirmed that I am on the wait-list by e-mail. Please please decline the offer if you have got a better option.

To the poster below, yeah I just (literally just) got word of acceptance this last week. Here's hoping you hear back too :)

I reached out to the DGS at Rutgers and was told I am waitlisted. Solidarity with the poster below. 0a/3r/3w/0p

Has anyone applying for a Psych department PhD but not Clinical Psychology heard anything? Particularly Cognitive Psychology? I went on-site a few weeks ago and haven't heard a peep from the department or my potential adviser.

I emailed admissions since I had not heard anything and they told me I was on the waitlist... unfortunately they only accept 6-7 people so my hopes are not high.
