Dream school so a bit bummed, but kind of expected it since it was so competitive. Hopefully there's a chance to get off waitlist. :)

surprised to even get waitlisted because I'm out of state and it was super competitive this year!

Incredibly shocked and excited. 4 semesters of research experience, strong references, no leadership roles, but a lot of volunteer work.

Out of state, CSD undergrad, research experience, lots of leadership and volunteering

OOF/non trad applicant. went here for undergrad but not my post bacc.

A relatively nice but standard rejection email; no need to check application portal.

devastated :(

Only applied because it is in my home state, even if admitted wouldn't have even gone. Congrats to all those accepted!

Not shocked lol definitely a reach school, especially since there were over 400 applicants. Congrats to those who got in!

Disappointed but with 400 applicants and my average GPA I expected this. Congratulations to those who got in!

Out of field applicant. Sad because this is my undergrad university happy because there's still a chance! Congrats to everyone who got accepted.

Beyond upset but not surprised... This was my dream school. Congrats to those who were accepted and best of luck!

2A/1R/0W/0P kind of a bummer, but I already had my heart set on another program. Congrats to those accepted!

Ignore the waitlist. TTPB: I emailed them a couple of days ago and they responded with a generic email, part of which said 'we do not admit unfunded students into our phd program'. So, I guess they will not process anything unless a faculty recommends an applicant.

Accepted but No funding.
