Bachelor in statistics at the university of padova (Italy) and a semester abroad at Boston university. No gre. I guess what really mattered were the several classes related to the master degree.

Have a decent GRE score of 320 (151-V, 169-Q). Good grades in computational courses during undergrad. Recommendation from ETH alumni. I think they give good weight to what you studied in undergrad and how did you perform. Relevant courses to the program you applied are a must.

I'm pretty surprised to receive this offer since I took 0 ECTs of food-related courses (at least 20 ECTs is required according to ETH).
