One of my GRE scores was below 150. My GPA was ~3.6 at time of application. 15k scholarship.

DISREGARD STATUS. Has anyone heard anything? Its been radio silence. Also I read that there are some budget cuts in funding. Is this dealy anything to fo this lateness?

GPA is Masters. This is my second MA. Did an MA in American/European Design/Decorative Art History at an Art School previously.

Phone call acceptance @ 4:00 PM EST followed by email, official offer from Penn BGS in the next few days; stats: 3.6 GPA, 2 years research experience, 2 conference presentations (1 award), no publications

IGNORE STATUS: Does anyone knows anything about the cuts back of funding and admitted students being rescinded? Some programs had already cancelled their funding and any PhD student is getting offer. What can we know about this?
