I was recommended for admission to the PhD Music program on 7th February and received an email from the department on 14 February. Anyone else who got into the Music program, have you received your offer letter yet? Looking forward. :-)

Conditional offer. Applied towards the deadline. No college assigned yet. Very strong undergrad degree, some research experience and relevant internships. Good luck to everyone!

Portal finally updated to "Conditional offer made" after hanging out at 'GAO' status for two weeks.

I'm the poster that studied in London and went into GAO on the 7th Feb. The offer came in through E-Mail. College and supervisor have yet to be allocated — no news on funding.

MPhil in Economic Research. I browsed my application portal and it suggests that my application has been unsuccessful

GAO on 06/02, Conditional offer on 19/02. No words on funding yet. Turkish applicant, 3 published papers, one of them is in the Citation Index. IPSA conference paper and presentation. Several volunteer works and professional cellist.

yeet

Thanks. That's great! I hope funding works out for you. I did not get any such indication but let's see what happens in the end. Fingers crossed.

To Ed poster below re: funding - There's no formal indication in the letter of admission about whether you've been recommended for funding. You just get info to access your self service account, which provides info on how to satisfy all of the 'conditions' that must be met before officially enrolling. However, at the end my interview (with my supervisor and advisor - was fairly informal) they indicated that they would be recommending my application for funding. So I think we're all in the same "just keep waiting" situation, at least for the next few weeks. Best of luck! Maybe I'll see you there in October :)
