I also have a working "Terms and Conditions of Acceptance" link. It's my top choice and I haven't had an interview, so I am sure I am rejected. It is definitely is cruel to have that added to the application for us non-interviewees!

Mine also became available (long list of thing my "offer of admission is contingent" on). I didn't interview and am confident I won't be admitted. Seems like a cruel mistake.

Yes, I interviewed informally with POI, but the interview did not go well. And the link became functional for me as well.

I have the same "Terms and Conditions of Acceptance" link - I doubt it means anything. My guess is they have started/are about to start accepting people and just activated the link on the site.

I logged into the application page, and there is a tab of "terms and conditions of acceptance" above the optional fall course report. But it will lead to a 503 error. Anyone else has this?

Email response from RM saying that there was a drastic cut in grad student spots this year for the psychology department, and that he is not taking a graduate student this cycle!
