MS GPA 3.86, 1 publication at the time of applying

I was interviewed and waited almost three months. There is no change in my application status in the website but i emailed the professor and he told me master pool is for domestic students so I am sorry. The question is why in the first place he didn’t tell me that and wasted my time, Recom letters and money on application fee. I am so devastated

Applied for PhD, got acceptance for MS. Does anyone know if the department offers tuition waivers and Assistantship stipends in this case?

Applied in May and got a notification two weeks later about my status. Admitted with tuition waiver and partial cost of living stipend.

Extremely happy! I'm attending. rnSpoke with department coordinator earlier today and she said the department would contact me when a decision has been taken.rnHad to view my application page tonight to see decision.

Master's degree with a 3.4 GPA, research experience, scientific conferences and presentations. Internship at a pharmaceutical company. I received a rejection on March 11th.

cold emailed PIs and one of them responded and requested to see my CV. Submitted my application on 12/2. On 12/20, received an email for a visit weekend invite (1/29-1/31). Today, receive email to check portal for status update.
