Cold email to check portal. Was in contact with 2 POI consistently and no indication of this. I'm angry. I was actually farmed by the POI to apply. I put my life on hold expecting this. Promises made and broken. Now heartbroken. How do I go and wait yet another year? It's been twice now. I have kids to consider. I got into Oxford and couldn't go. Really wanted this and it did "fit". DAMN IT!

I'm still waiting myself. Haven't had any contact beyond meetings last fall.

Has anyone heard about the Renaissance Studies program ? I heard they were dead last to make decisions but is this in the range of normal?

Kiss of death e-mail directing me to website where a letter from the graduate school had been uploaded. Not particularly surprised, as I am aware that this is an extremely competitive and high-level program. Unsure about whether or not I will be contacted by the History of Art Department regarding outcome of my application on that end or if the letter served as a double rejection. Congrats to the person below who got in!
