Got an unofficial email offering admission.

Interview with PI 12/27, received email 1/14 saying I was recommended to be admitted. Official offer is supposed to come in March. Domestic applicant. Did undergrad and masters degree in psychology. Several years of research experience and original data collection for masters thesis.

Canadian Applicant (McgIll University undergrad). MEd program. Got my acceptance this morning; honestly thought I was going to get rejected given how long it took for a response but my patience finally paid off! Will be accepting the offer. Good luck to everyone still waiting!

Acceptance for MA, specifically. I had an interview with POI early February and was recommended to the registrar for acceptance two days later. POI called me directly to let me know I have been accepted, which happened around mid-February, but am still waiting on official letter.

Got my acceptance letter today for the MEd program and I'm extremely thrilled. I also applied for the MEd in Counselling & Psychotherapy so I'm still waiting for a response from that program. I'm pretty sure I will end up accepting the DPE program.

Applied back in November 2019 for the MA program, but received notification that my application was better suited for the MEd program, and was admitted there.

International student with Canadian Honours degree in psychology. 4.1 final year GPA (3.7 overall), 5 years of education-related experience. Not too disappointed as I was expecting this. Will try again next year!

Local applicant. Was rejected from this program. Heard that it accepted very few people. Will be attending another school instead so that's their loss.

Congratulations to those who got in! I am disappointed I didn't make it but not discouraged to work for a year and re-apply. I guess I expected this outcome after reading the details of the model SCCP applicant who posted details of his/her application below. I had applied to the SCCP and CSE programs as well and assume it is a no from them too.
