GOT OFF WAITLIST

Heartbroken. Really needed it. Trying to guess reasons for rejection... (applied to the Data Science track)

Extremely thankful for the admission. Struggled through Physics/Economics/Math major classes in UG, found passion for Statistics and completed the major in my final year with ~3.9 GPA. 1 year experience as a RA but no original research. My advice for others reading this is to have a clear purpose for what you want to do in the program when applying - (if applicable) write about the struggles you have taken to overcome them and how the program will specifically help you continue to achieve those goals.

Got into some good ones but Stanford is definitely my dream dream program!! If you have already decided not to attend, I would greatly appreciate that you decline it. Thank you soooooo much!
