Canadian applicant. The prof I got accepted with works in the same collaboration as the work I did in undergrad, so my experience is relevant , which might be part of the reason why. Super happy!!

This is my first option, so I am going to accept the offer :). 1 publication at the time of application, research experience on different subfields, strong letters of recommendation.
