Human Rights Studies, Columbia University I am Italian and have attended an Italian university. I have studies abroad in two countries, during both high school and university. Two years of volunteer in human rights and straight out of undergraduate. I do not have any internship.

History, Cornell University Finally! I speak 5 languages. Read 16th century documents in Italian, Spanish, French, and Ottoman Turkish. Rejected by Harvard, Princeton, Cornell, NYU. I rejected Oxford. It would be only a dream to be an academic as a non-American, non-European queer. Gonna look for another profession !

Art History, Courtauld Institute Of Art I was emailed this morning and was accepted! I applied to the program Continuity and Innovation: Reframing Italian Renaissance Art from Masaccio to Michelangelo. Conditional upon the completion of my Bachelor's. Thrilled!

Data Science, Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale De Lausanne 2 internships: one inside the university for the thesis, the other at an external research institute. No article published. Top 5% of my class in a good Italian university. I put a lot of effort into the SoP, it really helped to have others revise it (people with experience in writing motivation letters). I was a bit obsessed with this application, I think that if I didn't anyone can. Good luck .

SIS - Global Governance, Security And Politics, American University I am Italian but lived all my life in the US. I am doing my Bachelor degree in Italy and will come back to the US for Master's degree. I speak four languages fluently, created a two-course credit against racism and inequalities in my high school and have worked as a receptionist for a few months in Italy and then selected by the Olympic Committee for the European Youth Olympic Festival to be an official attaché. My email arrived immediately when the selection process started because the file I received is called "Early". I applied for regular admission.

Clinical Psychology, Harvard University IGNORE STATUS - has anyone tried the italian chicken sandwich they brought back at burger king, and if so, is it as good as I remember it being in my youth? I remember eating this sandwich when I was like 8-9, thereabouts? It was so good. I remember going back some time later and finding out that it had been discontinued, but they agreed to make me one anyway (I guess they had marinara sauce lying around? Still not sure about the logistics of that). I unironically hold these memories of the Burger King Italian Chicken Sandwich near and dear to my heart
