Graduate School Admission Results

GPA is Masters. I talked to four people in the department, two agreed to be my co-supervisors and the other two agreed to be on my committee and I wish they provided clarity about why I was rejected.

Emailed about a week ago because I hadn't heard back about my application, was informed I was on the waitlist and may be contacted for interview. Interviewed on 3/26.

Wrote Email to ask

"Unofficial" acceptance via email. Canadian student.

Received notice that the grad admissions committee recommended me for admission, and that I will be offered a funding package. I am a dual citizen of the U.S./Canada and noted my Canadian citizenship on my application (not sure if that helped me, but could have). I am studying the legal/intellectual history of the modern Arab world.

Has anyone heard from the department? My status is "Under review", seems that it's a rejection, but can't wait anymore, any clarity would be better. Should accept another offer, but would like to know for sure.

International student. limited place for international students.This is my first and the last choice. If people who were accepted get better offers, please decline it. Congratulations who were admitted.
