Never actually got an email notification from McGill, but my PI contacted me to let me know I got in and then my application portal updated a few days later

Interview on March 12, Received Offer on March 19, I will not accept this offer.

4/1 I noticed my transcripts disappeared from my check list, the "cancel my application" button did NOT disappear, a few hours later there was a letter of rejection. No email received. I have heard if you notice documents disappear and the cancel application button disappears it's a good sign, I'm not sure. But just the documents disappearing is not necessarily a good sign.
