  • I emailed the program. They replied that they would send their first-round offers (denial or admission) by March 30. No response since then. I am not sure what went wrong, probably I am not among the first-round offers.

  • I gotten into better places, however I don't know why it took them this long. Schools should be ashamed of themselves if they are replying in April.

  • Haha, after all this time. When I called before the guy told me I was "under consideration" and "had a very competitive application" and now it's f*cking April 7th and they turn me down. Doesn't matter anyway, I already accepted another offer at a much better institution.

  • Most schools try to get back to people before April 15th out of courtesy, but they are not required to respond. What the April 15th Resolution says is that if you accept an offer before or on that day then it is expected both the student and school will honor the agreement. Realistically, students can change their mind after this date and schools can send out acceptances after this date as well, but that is probably rare.

  • Either they have accepted few students this cycle given by less acceptance posted here or they still have some offers. Their website mentions that they will make offers till early April. So IMO it's today or rejection. Anyone has inside info?
