4.0 MA GPA. Historian interested in history of science and medicine. Undergraduate fellowship, graduate research grant, conference presentation. No pubs but my MA thesis won a university prize. Probably not the best fit despite faculty overlap. This program is not even close to a traditional history PhD, but I took a shot. Congrats to anyone who got in!! And to anyone who is disheartened about their rejection, you are great and any school would be lucky to have you. 2a,3r,0w,1p

Would have been a good fit but my best fits are still to come. 4.0 masters gpa in sociology. Focus is sts oriented. 3d/0a/0w/4togo.

This year our admissions committee reviewed 394 applications and was only able to grant interviews to fewer than 4% of applicants for an even smaller number of slots.
